We all know Eva Mendes as being a great actress but her career didn’t get off to a good start. She started acting in 1990 playing minor roles in a few movies for 11 years when, in 2001, she got to play a role in Training Day. After this movie, she became much more popular and her movie career started to take shape as she slowly became a Hollywood starlet appearing in movies like 2 Fast 2 Furious, Hitch, The Spirit and many more. She always seemed like the serious woman that knows what she wants and is prepared to work in order to get it; she is always looking casual and her fashion style can be described by most designers as being safe and cute.

The problem with always looking good with casual outfits its that when you decide to wear something a bit more daring, it will get noticed right away. The perfect example of Eva Mendes having a bad fashion day can be seen in this picture where she is out having an iced coffee drink while being dressed in something that can only be explained as a large dress made from a ruined tent. The two large pockets on the side aren’t helping her look very much and nor is the choice of colors. There are so many things wrong with that outfit that we don’t know where to start. First of all, the simple white T-shirt only makes the dress stand out even more as the shoes are trying desperately to maintain some level of fashion for the entire look. Basically if you tried to get dressed in the dark while an earthquake was taking place and you just happen to have a tent in your closet, this is probably what you would look like when you get outside.
