Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is the that innocent girl everybody knows from Hannah Montana and the hit song Can’t Be Tamed which shows us another side of her. We all thought that missy Hannah Montana is a grown up now and she is a stylish lady. These photos, however, prove us wrong and it seems that Miley is still a young girl with no fashion sense.

Somebody should give this girl a mirror or at least have her informed about that top which looks like she fought a couple of lions in a cage before going out for a coffee. I know she wants to be cool and young but that’s not the way to do it. Being trendy doesn’t mean you can just put any shocking outfit and go outside. And pairing that ripped top with some ripped jeans is not a good idea either. Let’s not forget about accessories which really make me mad. I know she’s young and she wants look edgy but when I look at how many bracelets she has on one hands all I can think about is that clinging noise she makes every time she moves. Also, you can also notice the elegant ring she wears on her finger that doesn’t go well with the “blings” on her hand.

Unfortunately the only nice things that can be mentioned about this outfit are those boots while the rest of her clothes are simply unfitting for the casual look she is trying to have. Miley Cyrus needs to hire a better stylist or improve her fashion sense; otherwise her young fans will start to copy these horrid outfits.

Mary Kate Olson

There is nothing cuter than two blond small twins, or so we think after seeing the success that Mary Kate and Ashley Olson had in the Full House series at the age of one. They started young and grew to be respectable actresses together but also as individuals. Mary Kate is also a producer and more important, she is a fashion designer so I guess it would be safe so say that at the age of 20 years, she has the world at her feet.

As we can see from this picture, even celebrities that have been under the spotlight almost their whole life, can sometimes make mistakes and prove that fashion disasters can happen to anyone. This red suit worn as she was leaving her hotel clearly doesn’t give this young fashion designer the credit she might deserve but, in her defense, she does seem pretty confident with her look. Take aside the bad suit and you will see the interesting hair style, where are the days where we saw her golden hair dance in the wind? I guess those days are behind us and those big sunglasses are only good to hide you face after a long night. The last item on the fashion list would be the sandals which actually look decent in a way and she might just pull them off.

I guess mistakes are bound to happen and we can’t judge her too much without reminding ourselves that she is only in her 20’s and there is still time to learn from her mistakes, and chances are there will be quite a few.

Kim Kardashian

If you ever watched the news about the latest celebrities and fashion, you have most likely seen Kimberly Noel Kardashian, also known as Kim Kardashian. She has become quite famous recently over some events in her personal life but she is known as being a model, actress and television personality. She also has a reality series named E! where fans have the opportunity to see her and her family take over the world. Kim also has several perfumes if you want to feel a bit closer to her. Her acting career is not as popular as most men would like and she only appeared in a few movies that didn’t have much success. Kim was also on the famous show, Dancing With The Stars where she showed us her dancing skills.

No matter the event, you can expect Kim Kardashian to look her best and live up to her experience in the fashion industry. Of course, everyone can make mistakes from time to time but that is why we have mirrors and we use them before leaving the house. I guess if you want to stand out, you could wear your dress backwards at a big event; the problem is that you might not get the best feedback. This dress is very interesting to look at, not just because of the stitching in the front but also because of the rich feathery fabric that follows the dress. I would like to say that there is something good about this outfit and that there still is hope for this young model but even the accessories do not match the overall look. Fashion disasters just happen and if we are lucky, we can see them and know what to avoid.

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan has got so much attention lately it’s hard not to talk about her. She isn’t you innocent girl next door and she had many issues with the police. She was caught drinking and driving, using cocaine, and lately she was caught stealing from a store. She was a rebel child and a teenager. She was recently seen at the press conference for her new movie Gotti: Three Generations and she was dressed terrible. Not only her whole outfit looked messed up but her makeup was not amazing either. She looked much older than she is and the makeup made her look tired.

People would expect Lindsay Lohan to look amazing for the press conference of this most expected movie but she failed with her fashion sense. She seems she forgot her bra at home and the pants are not complementing her figure either. The colors and patterns cannot be combined and the whole outfit looks like a mess. The toenails have a different color than her hand nails and she actually looks 10 years older with that beige shirt and the leather blazer. Her accessories are also terrible and she seems to have combined silver with gold but also a large bracelet with a very simple and gold chain and pendant on her neck. I don’t know what Lindsay Lohan had in mind when she opted for this outfit; actually, everything looks like she had no to plan an outfit or think about the right elements of her look.

Khloe Kardashian

Khloe Kardashian is a well known celebrity and that’s not just because she is Kim Kardashian’s sister but also because she is a radio host, a model and a TV personality. You would expect more fashion sense from somebody that has a job which demands them to look good. Unfortunately, Khloe Kardashian was seen at the Los Angeles airport looking like nobody would expect a star her caliber look: totally uninspired.

Khloe started being famous on TV starring along with her family in reality shows. She also starred in some movies and now she is quite a celebrity. That’s even worse when we look at this picture because celebrities should always look their best. She is a total fashion disaster with her red bra visible under her black blouse. And the overall look is not extraordinary either. The pieces by themselves are ok but the combination she opted for is absolutely dreadful because the materials simply don’t work together.

I don’t know what’s worse: the animal print with those jeans or the fact that her bra is showing. She is known for other negative appearances and one would think that she managed to learn something from her former fashion disasters. Perhaps next time when she dresses, she should concentrate more on combining the right patterns and looking ok rather than obtaining a certain look. She wanted to look casual but she completely messed everything up by combining the wrong things and making a huge mistake with the transparent top and red bra.

Kesha at American Music Awards

If you don’t know Ke$ha you aren’t up to date with the young performers nowadays. Ke$ha is a singer and songwriter very popular for her glittery videos and her unusual style. She always tries to go for the “garbage-chic”, as she likes to describe it, which consists in messy clothes and makeup. She seems like a party girl most of the time, however she always said that she never exaggerated with partying.

We see Ke$ha here wearing something that looks like it was inspired from punk; however, this is not something right since it looks like it was saved from a trash can. I think that plastic material comes from a trash can and her makeup looks like she was trying to pose as a futuristic clown. If she is trying to imitate Lady Gaga I feel very sorry for her because Lady Gaga manages to be unique. Although she had some fashion disasters in the past, she was declared a fashion icon. Ke$ha is definitely not a fashion icon with those messy looks and she doesn’t seem to find the right clothes.

The only good part of her outfit is the shoes; it’s a good thing that she didn’t try to make them “garbage chic” material and add glitter allover. That metallic lipstick is making her look like a death metal band member, which is not something one would choose for the American Music Awards. Ke$ha did a really bad job with her clothing and if she tries to be different she should at least do that with a bit of taste or hire a stylist.

Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson is a world renowned singer that has taken the Pop music industry by storm from a young age. She is also known as an actress or a television personality as she starred in several TV shows as well as movies and even commercials. As far as her music career goes, you can say that she had a lot of success with several gold albums and two multi-platinum ones with countless hits and fans all around the world. For her efforts, she was ranked 95^th in Billboard top 200 artists of the decade (2009) and it would appear that she only took that rank as a motivation to do better showing us her hard working spirit. She basically had her finger in anything from music to acting and of course, fashion; she has her own line of beauty products as well as her own fragrance and even handbags. With these things in mind, it is safe to say that Jessica Simpson is always up to date with the latest trends and that she has a keen interest for fashion.

This picture shows us that even the biggest celebrities that have their own fashion line can sometimes mess up. Let’s take a closer look at her clothing choice and see where she made some mistakes. The simple black top is ok for a sunny day and taken from the overall outfit, can look acceptable. Going a bit lower, we notice the belt, or the leopard double bandage with gold hardware used to keep those jeans at such a high altitude; the leopard spots look has came and went away long ago and any attempt to bring it back will not make you look too good nowadays. This is all ok and good but what is up with those jeans? The old and out of fashion design, the high waist, the big pockets all around and the tight rear makes those jeans a bad choice, especially for someone as popular and as fashionable as Jessica Simpson.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga has gained a lot of popularity over the years mostly because of her talent but we do agree that some of that popularity is also because of her unusual look. We don’t know if she wants to impress or she is simply unconventional and odd herself but it’s clear that Lady Gaga is definitely a superstar.

Lady Gaga always manages to impress everybody with her outfits. Most of the time she goes for avant-garde stuff and she even shocks the majority of people like the time she wore a dress made of meat. Most of Lady Gaga’s outfits could be called fashion disaster but we don’t know that for sure since it’s her idea to dress like that in the first place. Perhaps she is a fashion visionary, perhaps she simply tries to draw attention to herself but sometimes her choices are not the best.

I can bet this outfit was regretted when she fell in front of the paparazzi. The outrageous shoes she wore, created by Noritaka Tatehana, were simply too hard to wear even for Gaga. And it’s not only the shoes, the whole outfit is ridiculous. In fact, it’s so weird you can’t even point out what’s good and what’s bad. It also seems that she really likes the John Lennon glasses that she keeps wearing whenever she gets the chance.

Lady Gaga should stop wearing outrageous things, if it is not because she looks odd at least because she might get a serious injury one day.

Jennifer Lopez at the Queenies

Everybody knows Jennifer Lopez as being a singer and pretty good one too. During her career she managed to get involved in a lot of different things and when she started out, her mind wasn’t even on singing, but on dancing and acting. She was fist seen as a dancer on the comedy show In Living Color and she then started getting roles in various movies. The one that brought her recognition was Money Train in `95 and although her acting career was going pretty good, receiving two ALMA Awards, it wasn’t even close to the success she has as a singer. From her first album On The 6 it was clear that J.Lo belongs in the music industry. Being such a hard working and talented artist, she managed to sell over 55 million records worldwide and it seems that she is not slowing down one bit with her new album being ready to be released soon.

As most gorgeous ladies in the industry, you can expect Jennifer Lopez to be also involved in fashion. She has her own fashion line ever since 2003 and several perfumes that bear her name. Her love for fur has caused from some problems with PETA and as we can see from this picture, she isn’t backing down. Of course, from a fashion point of view, the white fur is the least of her worries. One may think that after such a long time of wearing expensive fur, she might know a thing or two about how to wear it but this picture shows us the opposite. That dress looks like it used to be a table cloth not long ago and those white boots are just wrong; the fur is just there to upset some animal rights supporters so that the fashion designers won’t be the only ones.

Fergie

Fashion is all about choosing your own style and looking good in something that also makes you feel great. So when we see something as colorful as Fergie in this picture, we can only embrace her individuality and turn away without saying anything about her choice; or can we?

First we need to know what makes Fergie such an important celebrity. She is known as the female vocalist from Black Eyed Peas which enjoys a lot of success worldwide with countless hits like Boom Boom Pow and a new futuristic style on their new album, The E.N.D. which means that the energy never dies. Stacy Ann Ferguson also has a solo career which is going pretty good; her first solo album, The Dutchess was released in 2006 and it had five singles that were in the top five in Billboard Hot 100. So Fergie is known for her music and her incredible voice but she is also a fashion designer so if she makes any mistakes on that front, it will quickly get noticed.

One of these mistakes is the elegant but far too colorful outfit here. No offence to this big star, but when you have all the means to have whatever dress you want and when you are always in front of the cameras, making such a rash decision is not a good idea. We are used to Fergie being sexy and fashionable no matter if she is on stage, shooting a music video or just out shopping and that is why we are amazed to see her with an outfit that is less than perfect. Hopefully she will get back to the black leather look we are used to from her.
